One way is to select all the Output cells, by holding down Ctrl-Alt (*) and clicking on one of the Output cells, and then pressing Ctrl-' (or using the menu, Cell -> Grouping -> Open/Close Group). This will close the cell group in a way that the output cell is visible and the input cell is hidden.

* This keyboard shortcut is for Windows, offhand I don't remember the keyboard shortcut for other platforms.
