how to control toolbar & pallete fonts

Hi, 
I installed Mathematica v.6.0.1 on a x86_64/Linux platform running Centos 5.  
I want to increase the font sizes on window toolbars, pop-up menus and on the 
palettes. I  looked under Options but was unable to find how to control the 
palettes fonts.  Could somebody advice, please?
