weights diagram of a representation

Hi, I'd like to let Matemathica compute the weight diagram of a
representation given its Dynkin coefficients and the Cartan matrix. This
is fully algorithmical so I think it could be already implemented in
Mathematica or some of its package.
Do yuo how to do this in Mathematica or which package I've to look for?
