Has any general-purpose, moderately detailed, high quality handbook /
textbook / reference book on Mathematica 6 for a general audience of
Mathematica users -- one that's written for Mathematica 6 from the
ground up, not just hastily converted from some older Mathematica 5.2
edition -- appeared *yet*?
{And given what I suspect the answer is, why the h-ll not?!?]
