Malformed Fractions in a PDF file

Re 6.0.2 under WinXP.  Although Wolfram developers are investigating this question, I wonder if someone here already has.

Suppose a notebook only has the text cell that concludes this message.  When the notebook is printed via File/SaveAs/pdf, the resulting pdf file has fractions whose dividing lines don't fully appear.  Other fractions have a full dividing line.

If anyone here knows how to fix this, please share you solution.  Thanks.
