How to numerically Solve a differential equation like
[{ y'[ t]  == 1 + 2 y[t], y[t + Sin[t]] == 1}, y, {t, 0, 10}] ;

Should y[0] be assumed arbitrarily and then refined by some
sort of variable boundary value problem iteration?

Basically :) does it make sense as the BC is function of a function?

Regards,
Narasimham
