Ken,

Yes, I think it is a poor show that eight months after the release of 
Version 6, documentation tools are still not available to developers. We are 
rather relegated to being second class citizens. I attended one of the 
online seminars in mid-December in which I gathered that the tools, 
Workbench 1.2 and something called DocuTools, were almost ready to be 
released and one could obtain copies by contacting Wolfram. But I have made 
two enquires and received no response at all.
