New 6.0.2 Drawing Tools Palette doesn't work

Hi all,

Just tried the new 6.0.2 Drawing Tolls palette after updating. It
doesn't look like the picture shown in the 6.0.2 blog (http://
blog.wolfram.com/drawingpalette.png). It still looks like the old
palette, but now with $Failed in the title. Obviously, something in
the update went wrong. Any ideas? (Using Windows XP)
