Thanks a lot for your all help!
I received several replies telling me how to solve the problem I met. Yesterday, the problem is addressed and the point bring me a little surprise.

In my graph , there is more than 60 thousands points existing. However, the 3D graph did not display all of points so that I mistook that the Mathematica can not process a high-precision data in a 3D display. After I added a option for ListPoint3D: Filling->Axis, all of the points was correctly displayed.
