Use Piecewise:

f[x_] := Piecewise[{{1, x > 0}, {1/2, x == 0}, {0, True}}]

Objet : [mg95978] define an heaviside in x=0

Dear all,

how can I define an Heaviside Function that returns 1/2 if evaluated in =
zero?
I need it for numerical integrals. Unitstep returns 1. How can I
override it and make it return 1/2?

Thanks in advance for your support!

Davide
