Note to Noeckel: Wanting to capture the contents of the above page to a PDF file, I first copied the URL and then used File >> Create PDF >> From Web Page in Acrobat Standard 7.0, and then also tried File >> Print >> Save as PDF in Safari 3.2.3, both on a MacBook under 10.4.11. Acrobat's Create PDF gave 12 pages total, with several of the figures broken across pages. Apple's Print to PDF gave 18 pages total, with no figures broken across page breaks.
