There's no way to create a Player readable document (extension .nbp) directly in Mathematica. There is an online conversion tool for this purpose, though: http://www.wolfram.com/solutions/interactivedeployment/publish/ I use this often to create playable notebooks for my classes and it seems to work fairly well.
