Hi,

Thanks for the opportunity to get the electronic version of this book at a bargain price ($9.99).

I downloaded the notebook version as well as the PDF. However on my system when I open the notebooks the format is disconcertingly weird! Text is scrunched against the left hand window edge, maybe there is a stylesheet problem?

Has anyone else had this problem?
