I know that DiscretePlot is able to deal only with 1D discrete lists
(leading to a standard xOy plot).

I have a function defined on a (very high) number of points on a
bounded 2D grid, is it possible to plot these values in a 3D plot?

If not, is it possible to interpolate these points (they are defined
as DownValues of the function arguments, function that otherwise is
f[x_,y_]=0 ) and use Plot3D afterwards?

Thank you very much
