What are the implications -- especially, negative -- if I try to use the same location within the Mac OS X file system as $UserBaseDirectory for (a) the OS X version of Mathematica, and (b) the Windows version of Mathematica running in a Parallels Desktop Windows virtual machine (in coherence mode -- so that Windows can "see" and share the Mac file system)? --- Murray Eisenberg murray at math.umass.edu Mathematics & Statistics Dept.
