This is a question for all users of MathLink. We tried to use it from a NeXT machine and got the following error message. "sample1.c" and "sample1.tm" were found in the mathlink examples directory. A session is reproduced below: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ nextlab> mcc sample1.c sample1.tm -o sample1 sample1.c: In function PrintAndSendBackByteVector: sample1.c:131: warning: argument passing between incompatible pointer types sample1.c:146: warning: argument passing between incompatible pointer types /bin/ld: Can't locate file for: -lML ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We also tried smaller c programs (addtwo.c and addtwo.tm) with no success. The error message this time was only /bin/ld: Can't locate file for: -lML Any advice will be appreciated. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Aniruddha Chatterjee + + 200 College Street chatter at ecf.toronto.edu + + Deptt. of Chemical Engineering + + University of Toronto (416) 978 1143 (Deptt) + + M5S 1A4, CANADA (416) 348 9225 (Home) + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Aniruddha Chatterjee + + 200 College Street chatter at ecf.toronto.edu + + Deptt. of Chemical Engineering + + University of Toronto (416) 978 1143 (Deptt) + + M5S 1A4, CANADA (416) 348 9225 (Home) + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
