Wolfram Research Europe Ltd.
Technical Support Engineer

Wolfram Research Europe Ltd., based near Oxford, England seeks a  
permanent, full-time employee to work in this office providing  
technical support to customers and potential customers for  
Mathematica.  The primary responsibilities of the Technical Support  
Engineer include responding to technical queries concerning the  
installation and use of Mathematica on a broad range of computers.

Applicants must be knowledgeable about different operating  
environments such as DOS/Windows, Unix, and Macintosh to a level  
where they can answer installation and system configuration  
questions.  Knowledge to the extent of programming on these different  
systems is not required.  Applicants must have substantial training  
in a technical subject to the level where they can understand and  
answer questions about Mathematica's functions.
