Dear Sirs;
I am programming a software for the simulation of hydrodynamic bearings
with Mathematica 3.
Therefore I need to solve the Heuns Differential equation. It is of the
hypergeometric type. Mathematica 3 can not handle it and I could not
find
a package for Mathematica in the WWW.
Do You know about a package to handle the Heuns Differential equation?
My formulation of the equation:
DSolve[u(1-u)(u-a)P''[
u]+((\[Alpha]+\[Beta]+1)u^2-(
\[Alpha]+\[Beta]+1-\[Delta]+a(\[Gamma]+\[Delta]))u+a
\[Gamma])
