This is probably not a viable solution for a substantial subset of
Mathematica users because TS will answer questions only for  
registered users of a supported versions of Mathematica and  authorized
contacts for site licenses.

In addition, the placement of technical information relevant to the
usage of Mathematica (fonts, PostScript interpretation, etc.) in a
public forum can serve to make users aware that there is a  good amount
of information to be found at the Tech Support FAQ site. If you notice,
many of my followups include references to URL's at the site.
