converting 3.0 .nb files back to 2.2 ma files

Hi, I use MM 3.0 for student at home but the computers at school only have Mathematica 2.2 on them. What's the best way to convert my 3.0 notebooks back to 2.2 format? Conversion from 2.2 to 3.0 has been easy but when I save my 3.0 files as 2.2 files, I alway get so many lines of text that MM 2.2 doesn't recognize.
