The function "Polygon" provided in Chapter 9 of Mathematica Graphics by
Tom Wickham-Jones provides a method for drawing such geometrical
shapes.
e.g.
Show[Graphics3D[Polygon[{list of x,y,z coordinates}]]] will draw what
you are looking for.
Look for the "Polygon" function on MathSource.
Better yet, if you're doing graphics, buy the aforementioned book!!
Good Luck,
John C. Erb
