Collapsing cells together

Is there a way to change the behavior of the Mathematica FrontEnd when collapsing cells which are grouped together such that the single remaining cell that is displayed is the last cell in the group rather than the first cell. Even better would be a cell that is flagged somehow such that each group of collapsed cells could be customized?
