What version if Mathematica are you guys running?

I am running version 3.0.1.1x, and my MathKernel.exe is dated 5/14/97
with 51,712 bytes.  The FAQ web page says the latest MathKernel.exe is
48,128 bytes. As well, the bottom of the page says it was last updated
on Jan 02, 1998.  What are we supposed to do?
