Poisson Graph Paper

When plotting on Poisson Graph paper the vertical axis is traditionally
expanded from 90-99-99.9-99.999-99.9999 percent etc. while being
approximately logarithmic for values below 50%. Does anybody happen to
know the function used for this axis.
