Your first question: I wonder why you set the option
PlotRange->{{20000,52000},{0,.00014}} if you want an arrow from point
{.9,.9} to point {.1,.1} to appear in the plot. Both points are well outside
the plot range.
The second question I do not understand. What do you want the Show command
for?
