Hi, yes I do it all the time. Just use the virtual TeX fonts for Mathematica. pdfTeX will include the font and produce a pdf, dvips + Acrobat Distiller will do it .. Just look at http://phong.informatik.uni-leipzig.de/~kuska/qkratzer3d1.pdf How ever Mathematica don't include fonts into pdf's and I have report this bug long time ago.
