Hi,

I don't know any book on this subject, eventough I would like to acquire
some myself as well.
I know there has been talk on the subject on past Mathematica Developer
Conferences. See www.wolfram.com for old-conference-material site.

Hope that helps,

Borut Levart

p.s. Please note me kindly if you come across printed reference.
