Is it possible to see how built in functions such as Sum or Table
are written? For many functions in the add-on packages, one can simply
examine the relevant .m files and see how the authors wrote the functions.
Is there a way to do this for the standard built-in functions or is this
information secret for some reason or other?

-thanks
