Error code 5 indicates that the operating system is returning an 'access
denied' message at some point during printing. I've never seen this kind
of printing error in a Windows application before, and I'm not entirely
certain what would cause it aside from attempts to use a network printer to
which access has been restricted.

You should certainly try printing from other programs to see if they
experience problems as well. If the printer is a network printer, you
should talk to your local IT person. Otherwise, perhaps reinstalling your
printer might help.
