Thank you very much Norbert, your syntax works fine. May I know which version of mathematica are you using? I could not find the (;;) example under "Basic Examples" in the Part or Span documentation (both online and offline). I am using: In[2]:= $Version Out[2]= "6.0 for Microsoft Windows (32-bit) (June 19, 2007)" Thanks, Dario
