hier is a window that always appears at the lower left with a fixed size:
CreateDocument[DocumentNotebook@{Show[Plot3D[Cos[x] Sin[y],{x,-2 Pi,2
Pi},{y,-2 \[Pi],2Pi}]]},
WindowSize->{200,150},WindowMargins->{{0,Automatic},{0,Automatic}},WindowFrame->"Palette",WindowElements->{"MenuBar"}];
