The documents are available for free as pdfs. I downloaded the set  
yesterday.

My guess is that anything that can read PDF can read these docs. The  
dimensions are 8.83 by 9.71 inches if that makes any difference.

I haven't had a chance to compare the pdfs to the similar content  
available in the Mathematica documentation center.
