You mean something like this?
data = {{1115.67, 1169.42, 1243.33, 1270.6}, {1169.39, 1220.86, 1261.8,
1173.26}, {1133.4, 1173.71, 1168.89, 1174.48}}

In[4]:= Flatten[data]


Out[4]= {1115.67, 1169.42, 1243.33, 1270.6, 1169.39, 1220.86, 1261.8, 
1173.26,
  1133.4, 1173.71, 1168.89, 1174.48}
