These features already exist.
They are very confortable.

My prefered way to do that :

first cell :
x0=1
x1=1
Dynamic[Plot[Sin[x],{x,x0,x1}]
-----------------------------
subsequent cell(s) :
----------------------------
you try the
different possibilies, for
example :
begin=0
end=6
and you see the modification on the plot in real time.
