In the search box type "comment" (without quotes):

Editing Options  |  Private Editing Options  |  AutoStyleOptions  |
"CommentStyle"

{FontColor -> GrayLevel[0.6], ShowAutoStyles -> False,
ShowSyntaxStyles -> False, AutoNumberFormatting -> False}
