C++ and MathLink??

Hi,

I'm new to the MathLink world, perhaps you can help me...
We have a sun4 and just installed math2.1.

I'm still waiting on the full documentation so forgive me if this question
has an RTFM answer.

Will mprep or mcc compile a C++ program?

If not, how can I combine C++ programs and MathLink?

I think I saw a reference to C++ and MathLink about two weeks ago on this
list; maybe I'm mistaken.

BTW, is this list archived?

thanks in advance
