Lame Equation

Hello, Mathgroup:

I am trying to solve the Lame Equation:

   Mu Laplacian(u) + (Lambda + Mu) * Gradiente( dir(u) ) + Force = 0

but I don't know how to discretize it and to obtain the linear
system as usual in finite difference methods.

I will really appreciate some suggestions, references or other
kind of help.
