X11.m

Now that we have updated to Version 2.2, the graphics
initialization <<X11.m  in my  init.m  does not work.
MMA message is can't open X11.m. Is this because X11.m
is no longer, or because we have an installation 
problem? In any case, what should replace  <<X11.m?
