The current font used for Calculus&Mathematica is called the Calculus
font. The CalcMath font is no longer used in the current version of the book.
For further information regarding the Calculus&Mathematica program, you
can e-mail either Jerry Uhl at juhl at ncsa.uiuc.edu or myself
dwoods at ux1.cso.uiuc.edu. We would be only too happy to help.
