Closing the notebook, deleting the associated .mb binary file
and reopening the notebook should work.
Alternatively upgrading to the current version of Mathematica
for Windows (2.2.3) should also solve this problem, as well as
bringing new features including MathLink support.
Contact info at wri.com for details of upgrading your copy of
Mathematica.
