3.0 on a win '95 laptop

To follow up on my previous post, is anyone running 3.0 under win '95 on a
laptop? I could use some suggestions on PC brand If I can't get the Dell
machine to work. (The Dell has 24 Mb RAM, 1.4 GB HD, Pentium 100, and I'd
like to get something with a similar configuration.) Thanks!
