Mathematica: Font-Style Sheet-Demo: how keep it permanent?

I'm working with Mathematica 3.0, and I want the changes I have made
(Format - Style Sheet - Demo) permanent.

How can I do this, each time I start the program, I have to do it
manually,
but how can I keep the changes permanent?
