If I have a function f:=x+y, how can I define a new function

g[x_,y_]:=f

	I have tried everything I can think of, but unless f was explicitly a
function of x and y, I can't make one. I have been working on this off
and on for three days and have become frustrated, I would love some any
help any one can give me.

This is my fist time using a newsgroup, and I apologize for so many
letters, I misunderstood the process.

Thank you
-NAUM
