Can anyone help me with removing packages.

Example: I loaded statistics`regression. Later on I realized I also
needed 'datamanipulation. When I try to add it I get errors because
I've already accessed the functions (or so I gather from the
documentation). I would like to unload the regression package, and
start again. The only way I can figure out to do this is to shut down
Mathematica and then start it up again.

I'd like to know if there's any way to remove everything that was
brought in when I loaded the regression package.

Thanks for any help.

            Mitch
