Hi,
you must make the Mathematica fonts available to your
PostScript printer or ghostview. Just look at:
http://support.wolfram.com/Systems/All/ManualFontDownload.html
http://support.wolfram.com/Graphics/Formats/EPS/Ghostscript.html
