Hello,

the main question is already in the above subject:

   Whats the most efficient way to transfer arrays of unsigned
   integers via mathlink to Mathematica?

There are functions like MLPutShortIntegerArray, MLPutIntegerArray
and MLPutLongIntegerArray but no such thing for unsigned integers.
