I guess you could improve your notation a little to make things clearer, but
in any case (and of course it would be helpful to know how you have your
equations and variables stored or how they are obtained presumably one after
the other), you may try:

In[1]:=
{{equation1, equation2}, Sequence @@
   {{x1, x10}, {x2, x20}}}
Out[1]=
{{equation1, equation2}, {x1, x10}, {x2, x20}}
