Strange. I tried it again, and it worked. It wasn't the usual
shadowing problem before -- I checked ??FileBrowse and found it in the
System context.
Oh well... I must have done something wrong.

With version 4.1 on a Mac running OS X I get a "Save" file browser that only
allows selection of a folder (directory) but not an existing file. Despite
appearances, selecting "Save" returns the path rather than saving the current
notebook.
