Hi,
Mathematica comes with files
wolfram.map and pdfwolfram.map in the
$TopDirectory/SystemFiles/IncludeFiles/TeX/texmf/dvips
$TopDirectory/SystemFiles/IncludeFiles/TeX/texmf/pdftex/config
you have to add the map files to your
font maps with
map +pdfwolfram.map

PS: AFAIK set Export[__,"PDF"] no crop box and you
should use the normal EPS export & eps2pdf
