I think what you want is the Statvolt.

Needs["Miscellaneous`Units`"]

Convert[Statvolt, Volt]
299.793 Volt

It looks like the authors of the Mathematica know only a few things about
different systems of physical values. They think that
In[1]:=
<< Miscellaneous`Units`
CGS[Volt]


gives

Out[2]=
Volt



But in CGS system 1 volt is equal to 1/300 of CGS unit of electric field
strength! And the difference between the SI and CGS systems is not only
meter and centimeter for length...
